This Privacy Policy took effect on May 18, 2006.

We at PAYDAQ respect your right to privacy and comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 & 2003 (“The Acts”) and Statutory Instrument Number 535 of 2003 European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services)(Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 2003 (“SI 535/2003”). The purpose of this Website Privacy Policy is to outline how we deal with any personal data you provide to us while visiting www.paydaq.com. By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this Website Privacy Policy. If you are not satisfied with the terms of this website Privacy Policy you should not use this website. 2. Types of Information Collected

We retain two types of information:

You must enter your email and password each time you want to access your account information or initiate transactions. Never share your account information with anyone. If you feel your password has been compromised, you can change it anytime, once you are logged on to PAYDAQ. You account login, personal details and all transactions are secure using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security encryption, certified by verisign.

7. Updating, Verifying and Deleting Personal Data

Under section 6 of the Acts, you may inform us of any changes in your Personal Data, and in accordance with our obligations under The Data Protection Acts 1988 & 2003 (“The Acts”) and Statutory Instrument Number 535 of 2003 European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services)(Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 2003 (“SI 535/2003”) we will update or delete your Personal Data accordingly. Under section 4 of the Acts, you have the right to know what Personal Data we hold on you or to have your Personal Data updated, amended or removed from our database, please email us at privacy@paydaq.com. Any such data requests (Access Requests) will be subject to the prescribed fee €6.35 and we must reply within 40 calendar days. All transaction information will be held for 5 years or if account is closed, 5 years from date of closure.

8. Changes to the Website Privacy Policy

Any changes to this Website Privacy Policy will be posted on this website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any time we decide to use Personal Data in a manner significantly different from that stated in this Website Privacy Policy, or otherwise disclosed to you at the time it was collected, we will notify you by email, and you will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in the new manner.
