Mark has over 19 years experience in Financial Services and Software Development. Mark has extensive experience
in the payments industry and has developed large scale payment systems at local and cross border level. Prior to
founding PAYDAQ, Mark worked for AIB, GE Capital, BNP Paribas and KPMG. Mark holds a BA (hons) degree in
Management & Information Systems, a post graduate Diploma in Project
Management from the Institute of Project Management In Ireland and a
post graduate Diploma in New Business Development from Dublin Institute
of Technology.
Cian is a business leader with a track record in the financial
services software business. Cian was a co-founder of Kindle Banking
Systems in Ireland. By the time of its acquisition in 1991, Kindle had
become the supplier of core banking systems to over 300 banks around the
world, and was the biggest Irish software company at that time. In 1997,
Cian co-founded CR2 (www.cr2.com). He served initially as co-CEO and
subsequently as CEO until he left in early 2005, having brought the
company through significant changes to consistent profit. CR2 is now one
of the larger private Irish software companies, supplying channel
software to over 120 banks around the world.
